Paypal taxes and shipping being sent through the API

Contacted PayPal as they do not show sales tax and shipping on their end. Verified with Lexiconn that it is indeed the case, it doesn't get sent. We have spoken to Paypal and they say that if someone calls their integration department at 888.210.4901 they can suggest what to do to add this to the API call. Thanks for your consideration.
