Shipping Carrier linking to Shopsite

Shopsite should be able to link directly with UPS, FedEx, Endicia, Stamps.com and any other that are used so we can print labels directly. All tracking number should come back into the shopsite back office and published for customers to look up their tracking number. This would automat the process and we would not have to use 3rd parties to do this. We have a number of customers each day that delete the email tracking and they are looking to get another copy of the tracking number. We do use the Lexicon add on for this but their is to many manual steps to move the tracking numbers into the module.

I second this post, why can customers not see there tracking numbers when they log into my shopsite page? This is online commerce 101, get with the program shopsite.

What 3rd party service are you using?

I don't like the lexicon option either.

I agree completely! I manage quite a few ShopSite and all sites would benefit from this. It is a pain to have to use a 3rd party product like StoneEdge or ShipStation. They have their issues and it would be nice to keep everything in one place.
