Company Logo not showing up in header

Above is the link to my store. I can't seem to get my company logo image to show up in the header of the page. I clicked the box to enable the logo and the link works. The photo was sucessfully uploaded in Shopsite and is currently displayed in the banner area. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

There is an image on the page that has https://%%displayname%%.fatcow.com/store/media/ss_size2/shopsitelogoLMW.jpg which may be the logo that you are referring to. Note the %%displayname%%. in the url, I don't know where that is coming from but you should check your logo code and see if that might be part of what you have configured.

Yes it is the image. When I right click the where the logo is and inspect element. I see what your talking about with the %%displayname%% in front of the image file.

When I delete http://%%displayname%%.fatcow.com/store/ out of that line the picture comes up fine. But this isn't a permanent fix.

I use just the basic templates and don't know how to code.

Do you know how I can change the logo code without a web editor?

Check your 'Secure Store URL' setting in Preferences -> Hosting Service and see if the %%displayname%% text is coming from there. If it is, then try correcting the this by replacing %%displayname%% with your fatcow account name, Save Changes, then Publish, then refresh your pages to see if that helped.

Great tip! I went to the hosting service page and yes the %%displayname%% was coming from there. I changed it to my shop address. After saving and posting the picture still just had the icon.

I have it working by just entering some html code in the header box. It works for now I guess.

I would still like to know if there's way to fix it. Thanks!

The image on the page has this url

and that does not exist.

The image is actually found at
http://langleymetalworkscom.fatcow.com/store/media/ss_size2/shopsitelogoLMW1.jpg
Note that there is not a .html after /store for the second one which works.

So check to see if you have accidentally added the .html to the url of the image in the Preferences > Layout settings screen or perhaps it is configure in one of the urls under Preferences > Hosting services.
