changing email address

I need to change the notification email on our account as I had to shut down the old one and I am no longer getting word of any sales.
I can't find anywhere to do that and don't know where it was done originally since this was set up by someone else.

The merchant email address associated with your ShopSite store is located under Preferences > Hosting Service in your ShopSite backoffice.

If the Preferences > Hosting services screen is blocked by your host and you have a recent version of ShopSite you can go to Commerce Setup > Order System > Email and change it there.
