how to get private css data in a ShopSite page

Postby FredW » Fri Apr 26, 2013 2:04 pm

I would like to embed html data into either the text2, text3 or More information text sections of pages and products. This html content comes from our existing classic website and contains css tags. How does one get their css files where these tags are defined into ShopSite so they can be used for Pages and or product generation?

Thanks
Fred

There are a number of ways that can be done.
1. Put the css itself in the Preferences > Layout Setting > Header field
2. Edit the template file that has the <head> section and either include the css directly or put an html include statement to pull in the css when the page loads.
3. Include the style info right in the text that you are wanting to have styled.
4. Put the css styles in any text field that will be loaded higher on the page than where the text you want to style is displayed.
