Order email contents

ShopSite users:

We have two payments methods that need special handling for orders. These are payment type 'check' and something we defined as 'quote'. The email we receive for these orders look very similar as those paid with PayPal or with a credit card. Is it possible to have some way to highlight these orders by either having a unique subject line or some unique bold or large text line in the email?

Any ideas?

There isn't a way to customize the merchant copy of the receipt for a particular payment method. The merchant copy of the receipt is text based so there are not any styles associated with the receipt, it is just text.

There are many options for payment available. But check is the most preferred one.
