Tiny Image with wordpress Plugin

I have just downloaded the Wordpress plugin for Shop Site. All is installed in wordpress and correct info comes up in post/page. The problem is that the image of the product is very very small, probably only 4x4 pixels. I have tried two different themes with the same result.
Any Idea of how I can fix this issue?
There also seems that the content from Shop Site is contained in a two cell table can the table border be turned off?

In testing with our own Wordpress and ShopSite, I found that the image used when I inserted a product via the WordPress Plugin for ShopSite was the Original image size which for me was 350 by 350 pixels. Note: I am using the ShopSite Starter package.

For ShopSite, do you have Starter, Manager or Pro?
