Unable to access backend

My store is working fine, but all of a sudden can't access my backend/Shopsite dashboard. I get the following: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Any thoughts?

I'm able to get back in again. When this happens, is it a hosting issue or something else? Thank you.

If the error message specifically mentions that the server is unable to service your request, then it is something which you will need to contact your hosting provider concerning. It could be that at the time you tried to access your store the server was under a heavy load of traffic.

That's what I figured, but they said no. Anyhow, it it looks ok now.
