issue with sipiing and Billing Country

I only ship to one country so i want to the Country option in shipping address to a fixed. When i set it like that through 'State and Country section' Billing too gets similar. I dont want this i want the billing address to be from any country. In short Billing from amny countries shipping to 'Only one country . Any ideas?

There is no built in method to do that. If a country is selected then it is available for both billing and shipping. I don't know if it would be possible to do something with javascript to limit it to just one country but you might look and see if that is something that could be done if you are good at javascript or can find someone how is.
