Any way to redirect customers to a custom page

Is there a way to redirect to a custom page after registration is complete
or have a custom text box for/with instructions after registration is complete?

There isn't a way to redirect to a custom page after the registration is complete.
The only way to add something specific like instructions would be to add it to the Commerce Setup > Customer Registration > Configure > Text at to of Customer Registration screens: or Text at bottom of Customer Registration screens: However that will display on all custom registration screens, not just the one when they complete registration (Account Information) screen.

Another possibility would be to add it to the Account Information section of the Customer Registration template. That screen is also used when they click a View Account link so any instructions would be displayed every time they view their account settings.
