Menu page to change directory location?

Our new store is in a subdirectory named /store.
I am ready to move the files.
I know there is an option on a menu in 11 for doing this, I saw it, and now I can't find it.
Which menu has this option? Shows current directory and a balnk to change it.

There is no option in any version of ShopSite to just move an entire store from one directory to a subdirectory. That requires not only moving the files but also changing settings files to point to the new location.

There is an option under the Images feature to create new directories and move images from one directory to another.
There are also settings under Preferences > Hosting Services for modifying some settings, but nothing for moving the entire store.

It still bugs me that I can't find the field on the menus I was talking about.
