Hello,
Well, now I have bigger problems. I'm working with Shopsite Manager in Joomla! 2.5.7 and I had a problem with JCEditor. I sought help from their techical support and they suggested downloading Akeeba Admin Tools and use its Fix Permissions utility. Well that solved the JCEditor problem but it totally waxed my store: http://morganhillfarmvt.com/cgi-bin/ss/start.cgi
I don't know where to start. Thanks.

BTW, What Akeeba Admin Tools did was set file permissons on all folders to 755 and all files to 644. Therein, I believe, lies the rub. If I knew what to set them to I could do that.

Don't know what gives but I asked Akeeba Admin Tools to fix permissions again and now everything's working fine.
