A customer said when she tried to make a purchase, after pressing the "Submit Order" icon, she got a blank page, even after I asked her to wait a few seconds. When I just tried pressing "Submit Order" on my end, the PayPal/payment page does show up, although it take a couple seconds longer to appear.
Are there any known issues regarding this, or could it be just her computer, which she is using at work? I received other orders just fine.
I am a little concerned with the PayPal page taking a couple seconds longer to load. Is this due to the recent upgrades?
Thoughts?

According to emails that I have received today from PayPal, they are having some issues. The subject of the first email was "Notification: Some Impact to Express Checkout - Oct 22 - Live Site" The subject of the last email was "Substantial Impact to Express Checkout - Oct 22-LIve Site". So it looks like things are getting worse not better.
The footer of the email says:
If you have questions, contact PayPal Merchant Technical Services by filing a ticket; refer to PP-LIVE-2948.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
The filing a ticket was a link to https://ppmts.custhelp.com/
So that should be your first action if things don't clear up shortly.
