Anyone use StoneEdge?

We purchased StoneEdge a while back and so far it has been a nightmare, I was hoping someone else is successfully using StoneEdge w/ ShopSite. The program seems to be plagued with bugs and random issues. We cannot even import orders directly as of yet and we paid them over $7,000 earlier this year. Whenever we try to reach out to support were lucky if we get a response within 48 hours. This program was advertised as "integrated" with ShopSite but so far nothing seems to be working.

Has anyone else had similar issues with StoneEdge?

We've used StoneEdge Order Manager with shopsite for a long time (5+ years), and quite satisfied. We download orders several times a day with no trouble. (using shopsite pro 10.) However, SEOM is highly configurable, and getting it set up correctly for your situation may be non-trivial.

Beyond support, if you haven't gone there already, be sure to check out the SEOM user forums as there are lots of good answers there to common issues, and other users are pretty actively and helpful if you've got specific issues you're trying to solve.

What version of ShopSite are you using? If one of the more recent ones do you have the ShopSite login method enabled or the basic authentication (webserver) login?
If you have the ShopSite login method enable it probably won't work. With the ShopSite login you would need to use an Oauth mechanism to connect with ShopSite and I don't believe that Stone Edge has implemented that method.
