upgraded from starter to manager not working?!

Hi Guys,

I upgraded from starter to manager about 3 hours ago, but appears to not be working correctly. I have checked my account and the money has been debited.

I am hosted through iPage, now instead of the Shopsite Starter icon,I have both Shopsite Starter and Shopsite Manager icons, when I click on Manager it opens my shopsite back office, but still says starter and wont allow me to add another product as I am on starter and I already have 15.

Any ideas how to rectify this issue or does it take a while for the manager version to 'kick' in??

Please help, I want to add more products and re-develop my site.

The shopping cart shows that the store is a manager version. This is displayed in the html about 3/4 of the way down the page.

(Note: you have the box "Insert an html comment before each include file " checked on the Utilities > Publish Screen. This causes debugging type output in the html for the pages that adds to the size of the file that the shoppers browser needs to load. Typically this would just be enabled while you are testing problems with a template and then disabled.)

In the backoffice of your store click the ShopSite logo in the navigation at the top of the screen. In the footer of the page between te ShopSite logos it will display the version and product level of the store. Your browser may have cached the Starter information so if it is not showing Manager try refreshing the browser or close all browser windows and then start the browser again and see if that fixes it.
