multiple accounts to access admin

Is it possible to have multiple accounts to access the admin tool? If so, where do I set it up?

I'm running ShopSite Pro 10 sp2 r2.

Greg, you will need to upgrade your ShopSite store to version 11 (or 11 sp1 or sp2). In ShopSite Pro version 11 the User Accounts feature was added where you can add different user accounts with access to different areas of ShopSite.

When you change a password, is it supposed to take effect right away? I just changed mine and it didn't take effect.

Greg, yes it should take immediately. I just tried changing passwords in my store as an admin and as a user account, both changed immediately. I am unable to recreate what you are describing. If you continue to have issues, you may want to talk with your hosting provider. If your ShopSite store is not setup to use the user accounts, the passwords may be set on the server, and the change password in ShopSite may not change the server.
