Hello. We are using the FedEx gateway for real time shipping quotes. Yesterday a valid zip code was blocked. We checked the zip code on our manual FedEx Terminal and it was accepted. Here is the error we get back:
"FedEx Shipping: Unable to match postal code '39819' to a state or province."
Can someone try that zip code in their ShopSite system using FedEx to see if it is accepted.
I would welcome any ideas for how to check/debug this or where to start. Is there a particular number at FedEx for checking the FedEx gateway?
