Problem with customer registration page

Hi, I hope someone can help me with a problem I am having with our customer registration page not displaying correctly using the Sleek-cr.sst template. The top navigation shows up as an unordered list and the footer navigation is all displayed in single lines on the lower left of the page. I have contacted Verio and they claim it is a coding problem, but we have only used the navigation feature setup in ShopSite back office under Preferences. We have also enabled the Facebook Login option and that is not working neither.

Four months ago we had asked Verio to assist us with migrating our store file to the root directory and it has been one problem after another since then. I am hearing that it was done incorrectly.

Also, we had previously used the ShopSite feature to view product images on our order confirmations and packing slips, now with this feature enabled all we see the alt text description for each image. Verio claims this is a know ShopSite issue, is this correct? Is there a fix? Why did it work perfect before and now it does not work??

Check on the Preferences > Hosting Services and see what you have configured for the Secure Store URL:
I think it is probably set to the incorrect value. It should be set to the secure url that goes to the same location as the Store URL: , which is located lower on the page, so probably https://www.thenandnowtreasures.com

Because it is incorrect the css, javascript, image files used on the page cannot be found so it displays poorly.

Yes that is probably correct but that is not the setting that would be causing the problem. That setting is for the merchant interface (backoffice) cgis.

You need to look at the "Secure Store URL" which is where your store is located when accessed securely.

No it is not correct. There should not be the /shopsite-images at the end of it. It should just be https://www.thenandnowtreasures.com
