Product Review Error

A customer received an automated email to review product she purchased. When she clicks on the link she receives an error. I also clicked on the link, which brings me to a page that shows this:

Query failed: near ")": syntax error(1)

Is this something I fix on my end?

Also, the coupon offer appears with the cart contents? Is there any way for this not to appear with what they ordered? This particular customer thought she would be getting another coupon.

This is not something that I have seen before and I haven't heard other reports of a problem like this. What was the link? (you can send it to me in a PM if you want).

What is the coupon offer referring to? Have you included a coupon in the message that is sent with the request to review the product?

I will send you the link. The coupon was one I offered previously and that the buyer applied. It showed up as part of the cart contents. Thanks.
