Sell my Shopsite Pro 10 sp2 and domain

How would I sell my Shopsite software with or without the domain. I bought it in April, 2011. It's version ShopSite® Pro 10 sp2 r3.1. It's set up with an excellent wholesaler Goldcrest. 4000 nature products (bird feeders, baths, gifts, binoculars,) loaded and selling. Goldcrest has about 8000 products total.

I've taken up other interests.

Any advice would be appreciated.
