Hi,
I got this from a customer today:
"when I went to check out using PayPal, I used the submit button at the bottom of the confirmation screen. This one doesn't work. Only the top one does - says you cannot invoke the thankyou.cgi using GET."
The text is likely not an exact quote of the Shopsite error message.
I took a look at my confirmation page template, both in Shopsite and as a customer at the same place,
tried the submit button at the bottom, and I'm taken (as expected) to Paypal.
The source code on the confirmation code shows identical button/form code for the top and bottom sets of buttons.
Any idea what might have caused what appears to have been a glitch?
Thanks,
Don

Re: confirmation -> thankyou.cgi: GET error
whats the URL to your website? Have you tested your page in both Firefox (or Chrome/Opera/Safari, usually all these browsers work similarly) and in IE? Sometimes errors like this (form errors) will only appear in IE because the other browsers often 'fix' code that might be slightly incorrect where IE will leave it as is (again, this is a general, not ALWAYS statement)
