Our host upgraded our site to V11 Pro, and we keep getting an error code "bulk submit failure" when we send our feed to the Google Merchant Center. Our last feed prior to the upgrade was successful. We have checked our settings in the Mercent Center configurations and these are set to FTP and are correct and match those in the Google Merchant Center. We made no changes in these before or after the upgrade. For some reason, our feed transmissions do not seem to be leaving the host site. Google normally will receive the feed within minutes; however, it takes longer to process and make all our products searchable. After days of waiting, Google never receives a feed. We have had a support on this issue for almost a week, but they can not seem to resolve the problem. Could you provide any information on why we would get a "bulk submit failure" message and what we might tell our host so that they can fix it? Thank you.
