Shipping issue after upgrade to v11

Hi All,

Our ISP just upgraded to v11 from 10.

We currently use "Flat Base Shipping" for most products. This brings up a drop-down menu on the shopping cart screen for users to select a shipping method.

Certain products have "Free Shipping". We specify this in "ShopSite > Products > Edit Product Info......No Shipping Charges: Check here to NOT apply shipping charges on this product". Under V10, this would hide the "select shipping method" drop-down.

Now with V11, the "select shipping method" drop-down DOES display on the cart screen for these free-shipping items. This causes confusion for our customers.

Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated :!:

Can you provide me with the URL to your store as well as an example product that has the "No Shipping Charges" checkbox checked?

Hi Lauren,

Thank you very much for the reply. We have discovered the problem.

We use the "order anywhere linker" to generate the html for our add-to and view cart buttons. The code for these buttons changed with the upgrade. We found that manually updating the code for each button solves the problem.

Only 120 more to go.
