Hello all,
So just about ready to launch my site. My merchant company said I needed to have an ssl before they could approve my site with authorize net. I went to my security settings, it said everything was on high and I enabled the shopsite high security button. Went to my site, the high security button was visable. I registered to see if it was also in the shopping cart and it was. However, when I went back to the manager and refreshed it everything had changed from high- low/medium and it said I was no longer using a ssl security certificate. Any ideas would be appreciated, really frustrated at this point.
Want to get all settings to high
currently I have store credit card data off
Have all settings on high except it says I'm not using a ssl anymore(unsecured)
SSL Certificate

Re: SSL Certificate
secure urls are configured on the Preferences > Hosting services screen. There are 4 boxes for secure urls and there are 2 checkbox to say whether to used the secure settings. Make sure the boxes have the appropriate urls and that you have the boxes to use them checked.

Re: SSL Certificate
The secure url for ShopSite Images secure URL: is either incorrect or if you are using a shared secure certificate provided by your host, they have not set it up so the shopsite images can be accessed securely for your store.
Go to a screen where the images are not displaying and right click on one of the broken images and see where the url is going. That will give you an idea of where the problem lies. Look for things like double slashes, or a url that looks totally wrong. Loading an image from the shopsite images secure url should work by just putting the url for an image in the browser url box, you shouldn't have to go to the cart to see it. If you can't see it by putting the url in the browser you will probably need to contact your host to find out what the proper url should be.
