Image Not Showing on Billing Info Page

We were recently upgraded to Shopsite Pro11sp1r2 by our host and couldn't be happier!(We asked our host for the upgrade every month for a year.) We have had several problems with the upgrade affecting our shopping cart. The first was verifying our auth file which the host has now corrected. During checkout, our product image is displayed. On the next page -- Billing Information -- it is not displayed. Image is indicated with image name but does not display. I have checked the help section and this forum for information on how to fix this so that the images display. This is probably simple and I have overlooked the fix in adjusting to the upgrade. Would you please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

The billing screen is accessed by a secure url. So make sure your images can be accessed from the secure url that you are using in the store. If you are using a shared secure certificate that your host provides the images may not be at the same location as you think so you will probably need to contact your host to find out the proper secure image url for your store. If you can access the Preferences > Hosting services screen you need to enter the secure url there. If you can't access Preferences > Hosting services then your host will need to make the changes.
