Can one changet text for the heading: 'Shipping Rates'

In ver 11.1 if one configures a "Shop Site Shipping Rate Calculations", the Store text allows one to change the various text fields to what they want. Like I can change "Ground" to 'Slow" and 'Shipping 4" to "big honker truck", but I can't find a place to change the text for the header "Shipping Rates" that shows up in the cart for these rates.

Is it changeable?

Hmmm, I can't think of a place where it says "Shipping Rates" but I do know "Shipping" and "Choose a shipping option" which can be changed under Preferences > Store Text > Shopping Cart.
