reports error message

We are getting the following message when we try to access the Reports in
the back-end:

"Unable to lock reports files. This could be because another process has
them locked, or there are file permission problems. Wait five seconds, then
try again. If you still see this problem, check the file permission on the
..processingstats file in the ShopSite data directories. "


Any ideas? We've checked the file permissions and they appear to be ok, and
we cannot find another process that is using those files.

I tried to see our reports about an hour ago and got the same message. Is
your host NetNWeb? My initial reaction was that it may be a server issue
that I would need to deal with on Thursday.
