My Shopsite is down for Maintenance?

When I go to my Admin page I suddenly get:
"Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at www.candlelightpress.com Port 80"
I have buy buttons integrated on my site and they all say the same thing. I changed nothing since March 2012 install and my host says it's Shopsite's problem, as the rest of my site is still there. I have 11.sp1.r2.1installed. Help!

Sorry, but that is not a ShopSite error message, it is a webserver error message. And as the message states, it is the *SERVER* that is temporarily unable to service your request, not the ShopSite application. Unfortunately you need to keep on your host about this until you reach someone who will actually look into it for you.
