I have been using ShopSite 7. Purchased from Site Build IT (SBI).
This program has worked really well for me retailing digital goods, however I now need to sell folders containing several files (6-10). ShopSite 7 does not have this functionality.
What would I have to purchase to attain this functionality?
Since SBI no longer acts as your agent who could I purchase it from, and what costs are we talking about?
Hope you can help as the thought of having to start from scratch with a shop again is rather daunting.

You can do what you are asking in the version of ShopSite you currently have if you zip your 6-10 files into one before uploading it into the ShopSite digital download directory and assigning it to a product. In later versions of ShopSite, the digital download feature still allows only one download file to be assigned per product so the above work around would still apply.
To address the other part of your post, years ago Site Built It contacted a company called LexiConn to help out their ShopSite customers. If you wanted to upgrade your store, you would want to talk to them.
