My new orders are not showing up in my back office shopsite this morning.

Have you closed down all your browser windows and then tried again?
Sometimes the browers cache a page and don't refresh it unless forced to do
so. If this doesn't help you should contact the ISP where your store is
hosted and it may be a server issue.
