How to remove Tax on certain products

Help

I sell apparel and accessories on my store. In my state I must charge tax on any accessories that are inside this state, but all apparal is tax free. How can I tag certain items to be Taxed or not?

There is an option on the Products > Edit Product Info screen that you can check if a product is taxable or not. I don't remember if it is checked by default or not, but the help for that screen should give you more details.
