Is there a custom program out there that works with shopsite to allow
customer to write comments and ranking for various products in Shopsite,
without too much Admin intervention.

I just wanted to let people know that after Bill posted this message, I
was able to build him a custom solution that allows users to submit
product reviews and ratings, much like Amazon.com. As a merchant, you
get to approve or reject each review before it gets posted. If anyone
else needs this functionality, feel free to contact me and I can give
you a price on implementing it for your site.

(If you're already using custom templates, it's a little cheaper because
I can just modify your template rather than re-inventing the Shopsite
templates).
