Zip Code 90??? and 90???-????

[Alberta]

The Knowledge base states that the proper coding for Sales tax is 90???, so
everyone in the 90___ gets sales tax and if the customer adds the extra -
plus 4 digits, then enetr it like 90???-???.

I tried this and no rate was applied.
I tried 90???????? and it seems to work.

Is this right?
