Since upgrading to Shopsite Pro 11 sp1, I have a user who has problems editing products and pages.
When he goes to a Page/Product page, he clicks the plus marks to expand the different sections, but the sections do not expand. He's tried this on three different computers in different locations with different operating systems (XP, Vista) and the result is always the same: he cannot expand the different sections of the page or product to edit them.
Any ideas? Unfortunately, I cannot duplicate this behavior.

My guess is he is using IE 8, There is a know problem with that browser and ShopSite 11sp1r1. A patch was created for the issue and is available in the download area for hosts to apply to all stores. A separate release, 11 sp1 r2, that also fixes the problem. So you should contact your host and either have them apply the patches for 11sp1r1 or upgrade the store to 11sp1 r2.
