SSL secure settings configuration

Hi
I have installed Shopsite on http://www.myDomain.com/shopsite
I have purchased an SSL certificate from my host.
which box should I check? Use SSL security in Shopping Cart or Use SSL security in ShopSite (Merchant Interface). Or should I check both? What is the difference?
Also, should I type in https://www.myDomain.com/shopsite in both boxes : Shopping Cart secure URL and Secure Store URL ?

You can/should check both 'Use SSL security in..' checkboxes.

There are 4 different SSL URL settings for a reason, they should all be different URLs.

The 'Shopping Cart secure URL' and 'ShopSite secure URL' URLs will depend on how your ShopSite was installed, specifically, where the 'sc' and 'sc' directories are located. These settings should be the secure equivalents of the 'Shopping Cart CGIs URL' and 'Merchant CGIs URL' settings, respectively.

The 'Secure Store URL' should most likely be (the secure equivalent of the regular 'Store URL'):
https://www.myDomain.com/shopsite

And the 'ShopSite Images secure URL' should most likely be (the secure equivalent of the regular 'ShopSite Images URL'):
https://www.myDomain.com/shopsite/shopsite-images
