PayPal express checkout error

Just tried to place an order for a digital download and paying via PayPal Express and after several issues with shipping address errors, which shouldnt even show up since there is no shipping or tax calculated on my downloads - I get this error after hitting Submit Order I get this error -
Required payment processing parameter missing - SHIPTOSTREET
<!-- ClientApp: fatalerror -->

I have not changed or adjusted anything on the shopping cart side. It doesnt matter if I use Firefox or Safari, even tried 2 different PayPal accounts. It works fine with Credit cards - just using PayPal express is the issue - we are using PayPal Payments Pro as our processor.

Any thoughts?

Also - how do we upgrade from ShopSitePro 10 sp2 r2.4 to ShopSite 11?

Where is your store hosted? If it is at a partner then you will need to have them upgrade it. If you are hosting your own store or are hosting at a site that is not a ShopSite partner you will have to do the upgrade yourself or purchase the upgrade and upgrade install from ShopSite. http://www.shopsite.com/support-merchant.html then either the direct support or upgrade support links in the first paragraph.

Thanks Jim - the site is at Bluehost - they usual show script upgrades but nothing is showing for shop site - I will send them a support ticket and ask

Any thoughts on the PayPal Express checkout issue?

When are you getting the error? When going to PayPal or when coming back from Paypal to ShopSite?

Make sure you have have the shipping address street field enabled on Commerce Setup > Order system > Checkout .
If all you have are downloadable products you might try checking the "Shipping Address not displayed if there is no shipping service" box on that same screen. (not sure what version that was added.)
