3 Decimal Places in Price

I have searched the forum and have found previous forum threads asking about support for 3 decimal place format pricing. Has this feature still not been introduced? The forum posts were from as far back as 2007. I am using ShopSite Pro Version 10 currently. Is there a new feature added in 11? Is there a workaround that would calculate the difference in price? I have a fuel oil client who absolutely needs their pricing to the 10th of a cent.

Is there anyone capable of writing a script that can handle this? I am looking for a ShopSite solution since we have already build the cart and were just now informed they need three decimals. Would be willing to pay for the work if necessary. In searching I see that Zen Cart among others already support this. Why not ShopSite?
