Error Message

Anyone know what this message means.

I tried ordering something from my cart and received this error message!!

Error opening new basket database file
"/home/cust1/usr1159/data/ip/SSMSB1037293846.18883" from "./basket.new" This
can be caused if the file "./basket.new" does not exist, or if either
directory path has incorrect permissions or ownership. Please alert the
store owner that this problem exists.

This generally happens for the reasons described in the error message,
permissions or ownership issues with the basket.new file or for the data/ip/
directory, however this error can also occur when you run out of disk space on
your server

After reporting this problem to Interland here's their response:
"We have cleared approximately 2GB of space from the server. We are
currently working on a more permanent fix for this issue. In the meantime
we are watching the amount of disk space that is available on this server to
help prevent this type of issue reoccurring. Please let us know if there is
anything else that we can do for you."
