Try going to Utilities -> Publish and doing a full Regenerate. Make sure
that there aren't any errors on the results screen and that at the
bottom when it is done it says Generation successful.
If it does all that, then try editing one product and clicking the
Publish tab again and see if it fixed the problem. You might also check
the ftp site for patches to the initial v5 release, and consider
upgrading to v5.0.1.
