Product Extra Fields > 5 - not available for download?

Hi,

I've got 12 Product Extra Fields defined; however, in the Product database download,
Selected fields only, I only see Product Field 1 - Product Field 5. Is this a bug, or is
there a way to include the > 5 extra product fields in the download?

A bit more information - if you download with the 'XML text file format', all of the extra fields are available.

But not with 'Simple tab-delimited text file format'.

Do you have the version dropdown set to to the latest version (10 SP2 or 11)? If not, try setting thr version to the latest available, and see if they appear.

Also, check your extra product fields displayed under:
Preferences -> Extra Fields
