All ShopSite file have been losgt

My client's ShopSite on FatCow has been deleted by accident. FatCow says they cannot help. According to FatCow support no backup exists on their servers. I suggest that some where the data exists, unless it was intentionally purged. Any ideas of what I can do to retrieve the ShopSite data?

Probably your best bet would be to try to escalate the issue with FatCow support to find out for sure if they have any backup for the website. FatCow would have hosted the entirety of your client's ShopSite store; even the backup, if one exists.
