Cross-Selling Implementation Issue

Ok - this is what I have done:

I have enabled "Product Cross-sell" in the
ShopSite > Merchandising Tools > Cross-sell Configuration menu

In the product detail menu I have selected three items to cross-sell.

What am I missing? We are using a built-in template. My cross-selling items are not showing up.

Where are you expecting them to show up? Shopping cart, Product Moreinformation page, Store page?

What version of ShopSite do you have? The original version with Product Cross-sell (9.0) only allowed it in the shopping cart. In ShopSite 10 sp1 (10.1) the ability to have the product Cross-sell items on Product More Information pages was added.

We are using ShopSite Pro version 11. I wanted them to show up in the more information page.

The item I add the cross sell items to is "Vine Taper"

I had a little difficulty getting it to work myself. Here is what our template designer said is needed.

1- enable cross sell under Merchandising > Cross Sell (the second section).
2- choose to display the product cross sell under Products > Edit Product
Info, and check the checkboxes in the more info page section.
3- select the product specific cross sell items.

After I did all of those things I was able to get it to display the cross-sell products. I found that some how the products I though were assigned as cross-sell had not actually been save with he product. ONce I fixed that and published it worked.
