Shopsite 11 Upgrade = 3 Column Header Glitch in Chrome

Postby Everwilde » Tue Aug 23, 2011 12:21 pm

I upgraded to Shopsite 11 last week, and now it seems that my headers are not displaying properly in the 3 Column Theme anymore. An example can be seen at http://www.everwilde.com/store/All-wildflower-seeds-01.html (and all of the other store pages). I am not sure if this is an upgrade issue, or if Chrome made changes at the same time, because the page still views just fine in Firefox and IE. I may change my theme anyway, but wondered if there is an issue here that someone would like to know about.

I don't see any difference between Firefox (6), Google Chrome (13.0.782.215) or Chromium (12.0.742.112 (90304) Ubuntu 11.04) browsers when viewing the http://www.everwilde.com/store/All-wildflower-seeds-01.html page. I'm running a Linux desktop so I can't test it with IE. The page still shows that it is using the 3 column template. Did you make changes?

It still looks screwed up to me - I have tried refreshing the page, and even uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome. I am not sure why it started showing up like this here, but am glad if it is displaying correctly elsewhere. I cannot see the header graphic at all, and the navigation tabs and other header stuff shows up about 150 pixels lower than it should, and covers over some of the products listed on top of the page. I am going to see if there are some browser settings that could affect this.

Mystery solved!! I had a recent download that automatically put an "extension" on my toolbar. I found out how to get rid of the extension, and the pages display normally now. I am very grateful.
