Google Checkout losing info?

Also, we've had a problem with Google Checkout losing some information entered in Shopsite. Our products have a pull-down menu and a text box associated with them and it's critical that all the info entered in those fields is submitted with the order. Google Checkout correctly includes the pull-down menu selection, but only includes the first 1-2 lines of the text box. Anyone has run into problems like that and has a solution? We've already tried contacting Google Checkout.
