Shopsite adds quote marks to product names

When I upload product files which are tab separated, Shopsite Pro 10.2 stores about 10% of them with their names in quotes ( " " ) . All the ones in quotes are sorted first. Very annoying. How can I stop this happening. Example: vortex binoculars is changed to "vortex binoculars"

This is likely due to Excel adding quotes around text when you convert it to a tab delimited text file.
