checkout & check out with paypaal not working

Someone else had a simular problem to this, but I'm getting different messages. If I use check out with paypal I either get 'internal server error' or paypal gives me a 10002 message. Something to do with the incryption between my web site and paypal. If I use checkout I get the 404 message or the 10002. I'm new to this business and If the problem is in the preferences>host settings, can anyone tell which ones should match or what they should look like. I have never touched these settings, they were all put there by my host. I have a secure ssl and I have added the credentials created by paypal to my shopsite payment page. Customers can add a product, they just can't pay for it. my site is queenofangelsjax.com

I can get to the normal ShopSite Checkout screen just fine.

Going to PayPal gives a server error. Check the settings under Commerce Setup > Shipping > Paypal > configure. If you have a digital certificate make sure that it is exactly what you got from PayPal. There can't be any extra space before it or after it.

Even if your PayPal certificate looks correct in your ShopSite's PayPal Express Checkout configuration menu, try clicking on the Save Changes button at the bottom, then try the PayPal checkout again and see if that helps. -Loren
