I am in Japan and need to change the shipping to Kilograms, I cant find this function. We do not use pounds, anyone know how this works? Thank you,

Im new here. My Site is hosted by Verio and they dont seem to know much about this software at all. I am in Japan and need to change the shipping to Kilograms, I cant find this function. We do not use pounds, anyone know how this works?

How is are your numbers configured for thousands and decimal ? 1,234.56 or 1.234,56
If they are 1,234.56 change the locale to en-CA
If they are 1.234,56 change the locale to en-EU
If they are 1,234.56 change the locale to en-CA
If they are 1.234,56 change the locale to en-EU
