Search Problems

Hello,

Our customer keep getting the following error each time they try and use
search on our store:

Error

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----

(#11300123) Cannot open keyword.gdb. It may be in use. Error: File open
error





Could somebody help to resolve this

Paul,

Check out the ShopSite Knowledgebase at
http://support.shopsite.com/kbase , solution S02667.

Basically, this generally occurs when none of your products are indexed
to search destinations either because they are not on ShopSite-generated
pages, or one ShopSite-generated page does not have a search field
assigned to it, etc.
