Version 11 available for FreeBSD?

Has version 11 for FreeBSD been released yet? and if so, has Verio been notified? I'm in desperate need of some of the new features prior to a re-launch. Support said earlier this month, they were unable to upgrade.

Yes, the FreeBSD ShopSite version 11 was released in late June. Verio would have been notified of the release as notice was sent to ShopSite Partners letting them know of the availability.

Hosts often take their time in installing or upgrading stores to new versions since there is usually little financial incentive to do it. Contact them again and request the upgrade. If the first support person you talk to can't (won't) help, have them transfer you to the next higher tier of support until you get to someone who will help.

Thanks for the clarification Jim. I've been hosting with viaVerio (or the predecessor) for the last 10 years and generally have nothing but nice things to say about them. My experience with Shopsite has been equally pleasant so far with one store successfully converted over to SS (v10.2) from Osc. I look forward to many of the new features that are included with version 11.
