Error After Upgrade v9 to v10

After upgrading, when I attempt to save a new template or add a page, I get the error:

Query failed: no such table: ss_ProductOptions(1)

If there is anyone that knows how to correct that, please let me know.

It sounds like your data was not properly upgraded. You will need to contact your host , or who ever did the upgrade and have them look into the issue. If they are a ShopSite partner and need assistance they can contact ShopSite for assistance. If you are not with a partner support can be purchased either for a single incident or on an annual basis at http://www.shopsite.com/support-merchant.html

I am about to upgrade to v11.

Is there a procedure or checklist available to us to avoid this issue?
